Zira finduk-ye için pek çok tarif denemiştim. Ama tam etkinlik zamanı geldiğinde başka telaşlarım oldu ve herhalde artık iş işten geçmiştir dediğim bir anda Burcu ile yazıştık. Denediğim tariflerin bir kısmını eledim. Kendileri, birkaç farklı acıbadem kurabiyesi tarifinin derlenip karıştırılıp fındık ile yapılmışı. İçi sakız gibi dışı çıtır çıtır oldu. Bu tip kurabiyeleri sevenlerin bayılacağı bir kurabiye. Hatta tadı badem ile yaptığım acıbadem kurabiyelerinden daha çok acıbademe benzedi desem yeridir. Acaba pastaneler de mi fındık kullanıyor. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;Gerekli malzemeler:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;-250 gram çekilip un haline getirilmiş fındık&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;-225 gram esmer şeker (bulamak için biraz tozşeker)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;-1 yemek kaşığından biraz az kakao&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;-2 adet orta boy yumurta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;-1 yemek kaşığı acıbadem esansı (isteğe bağlı)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#663300;"&gt;Öncelikle fırınımızı 175 dereceye ayarlayıp ısınmaya bırakalım. Bir yoğurma kabının içine fındık, şeker ve kakaoyu koyalım. Yumurtaları ve badem esansını da ekleyip iyice birbirine yedirelim (cıvık bir hamur olacak). Bir kaşık yardımı ile hamurdan toplar yapıp hemen tozşekere bulayalım ve yağlı kağıt serilmiş tepsimize dizelim. 10-15 dakika pişirip fırından alalım. (Ben mini fırında yaptım 10 dakika çok iyi geldi. Daha uzun süre fırında kalırsa içindeki sakızlık kayboluyor, iyi ayarlamakta fayda var.) Keşkül, supangle veya muhallebi yerken üzerine fındık serpilmişse benim için kıymeti daha da artar. Buradan yola çıkarak pek çok kimsenin sade veya soslar ile tatlandırarak tükettiği sütlü irmik tatlısının içine çekilip un haline getirilmiş fındık koyarak yaptım, aynı gün içinde tükendi bitti. Fındığın kendine has şahane aroması tatlıya geçmişti ama keşke biraz da ufalanmış fındık koysaymışım içine. Ağıza fındık parçalarının gelmesi iyi olurdu. Gerçi bu eksiği ben üzerine bol fındık dökerek giderdim. Sürekli karıştırılarak muhallebi kıvamına gelene kadar pişirilir. Kalıplara konuluri soğuk servis edilir.
